The games on the circuit have also been announced: Halo 3, Rainbow Six: Vegas 2, and Gears of War. Call of Duty 4 will be picked up as well, but only online.

Chester has stated that the wait for this album will be much shorter than the wait fans had to suffer between "Meteora" and "Minutes to Midnight."

Chester won't state whether this new album's sound will be similar to "Minutes to Midnight," or if it will resemble the band's earlier albums more. "I never anticipate what we're gonna do," he explained. "I find that over planning a creative project usually means you're gonna screw it up, so I really don't focus on what we're gonna do. When a song comes, I'll write it. When a song comes to (vocalist/keyboardist/guitarist) Mike (Shinoda), he'll put an idea down. We just kind of roll with it spontaneously."
